How It Works

Our Guided Option is a special arrangement with BMI, Spire (previously known as BUPA), Ramsay Health Care (previously known as Capio) and Nuffield hospitals. Guided Option isn’t a plan on its own, it’s simply a different way to refer your clients for treatment and is available on both company and individual schemes. Because the hospital manages the patient’s treatment from beginning to end, it can make better use of its resources and we can pass the resulting cost saving onto your clients.

Although Guided Option reduces premiums by 15%*, there is no compromise in the levels of cover your clients will receive.

* 15% discount is available on Business healthcare, Primecare and EspritHealth policies only.

Remember, unlike other insurers who place upper limits on the amount they’ll pay for each stage of treatment, hospital stay or operation, when we say full cover we mean it, there’ll be no upper limits, no shortfalls and no nasty surprise bills.
