• Child First Home package - Your client could help a younger relative onto the property ladder with our Child First Home package
• Add fees to loan - Reduce your client's initial costs by adding fees to the loan. Interest will be charged on your client's fee account at the Freestyle standard variable rate. Adding fees to the loan will increase your client's monthly payments, interest payable and remaining balance secured on their property. The maximum amount of fees that can be added is £3,000 or 2% of the property value.

• Fixed rates are subject to availability
• A fee of £99 is payable for the Cash Reserve facility. A drawdown fee of £20 also applies everytime your client draws down from their Cash Reserve
• A booking fee is payable
• Your client needs to give 22 days' notice before taking a payment holiday and must have made 6 consecutive monthly payments. Their monthly payments, the interest payable and the remaining balance secured on their property will increase
