Standard Life's adviserzone has been tested on and should work on the following hardware operating systems and browsers. The site may work on older versions, but certain features may be disabled or may display incorrectly. Additionally, in some cases, the requirements listed may be referring to a service pack version. If you don't have these installed we recommend that you download the latest version for free from the links provided.


Supported Browsers:	Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and 7.0. Download the latest version of Internet Explorer (Please see Part 6 of our Important Legal Notice).

Screen Resolution:	Your display settings should be set so that the 'Desktop Area' is at least 1024 x 768 pixels with a minimum of 65,000 colours recommended.
Modem Speed:	To minimise download times we recommend using at least 28.8kbps internal or external modem
Other factors affecting performance:	For optimum performance, interactive areas on our site will run more efficiently using the following: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 Desktop area of 1024 x 768 with 16 million colours 56kbps modem or broadband Pentium processor and at least 128Mb RAM
