Online Agency Registration Service

The service allows Directly Authorised Advisers to complete an Agency Application once and to issue it to Standard Life and a number of other participating Product Providers with whom they wish to establish an agency relationship. This process allows you to sign up to the Terms of Business for Standard Life and other Providers.

Online Agency Administration Service

The service allows Directly Authorised Advisers and Networks to capture, validate and submit agency administration requests once, and to issue them to Standard Life and a number of other participating Product Providers. The agency administration requests available are:

• Additional agency request
• Agency closure request
• Change of membership request
• Change of address request
• Change of bank request
• Transfer of business request
