Contracting Out 2007/2008

Deciding whether to contract in or out of the State Second Pension (S2P) remains a complex issue. As in previous years, The Financial Services Authority (FSA) have produced a factsheet which we will include in our mailing of all contracted out customers (including Intermediary customers) this month.

In addition, customers for whom regular PR contributions have not been received in the last 2 years will be contracted back in for the 2007/2008 tax year unless they contact us to advise otherwise.
