Following recent customer research, Standard Life has re-designed our Life Maturity process in order to improve customer experience.This is good news for you as your clients will be prompted to contact you to review their goals and maturity options at an earlier date. From June new letters will be issued to your clients prior to their maturity date that include your contact details.
As you know, giving clients time to review their goals, as well as consider their personal circumstances and options, is key to supporting their investment decisions. That’s why prior to maturity your clients will receive prompts from us to contact you to discuss their options.
