Any quotes that are requested by telephone are now available instantly on adviserzone's New Business Quotes service. To pick up your quotes, Key Features Documents and application forms, go to adviserzone and click the retrieve option from the Quotes service. You'll see the quotes method appear as 'Phone'. The client specific illustration and forms will open up in a separate window which can be saved for your own records or emailed to other people in your office, or even direct to your client!
Quotes can be changed to produce a revised quote on a different illustration with the update of a few fields. Your original and any subsequent requotes will be retained for 30 days.
Available for the following products, it's even easier to get quotes in an instant from Standard Life.
For CIB and Distribution Bonds, you can then use the quote to apply online using the Online New Business service. Simply opt to apply online, and you will be given a link to the application form to use which contains the Declaration Notice which should be signed by your client.
We've also introduced the facility to have your client quotes emailed to you. An email will be sent which will include an attachment with the client's quote. Links will be provided to Key Feature Documents and application forms already held on adviserzone. Even if the quote is emailed to you, it will be available on adviserzone.
There will still be the existing option of having the quote posted or faxed to you. No matter the option you choose, it's on adviserzone to ensure it's there in a flash!
