A new pack to enhance state planning sales opportunities is about to be launched. The pack is divided into 4 sections and includes client-facing literature. Clients are often reluctant to face up to the action which might be required for their estate planning, including wills and powers of attorney as well as considering lifetime gifts. This new pack contains literature to help advisers and their clients focus on the issues and look at their options.

For the Client
The pack ends with client-facing literature including a brochure on estate planning. There is also a Gift Record and table for clients to add up their estate and calculate their IHT bill.
