A new application has been launched on adviserzone to offer you the option of submitting new business online for Capital Investment Bonds and Distribution Bonds. The application has been built using the same design as our award winning* Protection new business online system.

Our application has been tested by advisers who state that the application is easy to use and fits in with their own business processes.

The key benefits of using our online new business application for bonds are:

Quick

  • You can re-use data from the quote to apply online, thus saving time re-entering the same data.

    Accurate

  • Built in validation means the application cannot be submitted unless all information is complete and valid.
  • Online Client Identification Check to verify the bond owner's identity.

    Secure

  • Access to the site is only by adviserzone User ID and Password, or by UNIPASS digital certificate

    Easy

  • You can use the data capture form to collect all the client's details and signature up front. The data capture form layout matches the online application, enabling quick and easy completion of the online screens.

    Documentation

  • Confirmation Schedule is available to view and print up to 28 days following submission.
  • Confirmation Schedule sent direct to the Bond owner(s)
  • Policy documents issued once the cheque or bankers’ draft and bond owner's signature is received

    Tracking

  • Once the case is submitted, you can track progress of the case using our New Business Tracking service available on Client View
  • A policy number is allocated once the client's personal details have been confirmed at the beginning of the application process.

    To start using the bonds online new business application today, you’ll need to register. Follow these simple steps to register and discover how quick and easy online new business is.

    ­You can register for adviserzone here.

    To register for a User ID and Password, you need to complete: Title, Forename(s), Surname, Company Name, Postcode, E-mail address, Telephone number, Agency Code.

    A User ID will be sent via e-mail. A temporary password will be sent by post. You must access the adviserzone and change your password within 28 days. You can also register for the site using a UNIPASS digital certificate. Access is immediate. If you obtain a UNIPASS after you register for the adviserzone with a User ID and Password, you can associate your certificate easily within the 'My Profile' section on the site.

    Standard Life Charity Fund
    For a limited time only, for every Capital Investment Bond and Distribution Bond quote calculated online, £1 will be donated by Standard Life to the Standard Life Charity Fund. For every online bond submission, a further £10 will be donated by Standard Life to the Charity Fund. The Standard Life Charity Fund partners are the Association for International Cancer Research and WellChild.
