The second edition of our customer magazine 'Standard Life - guiding
you through the financial realities of life' will be mailed to around
500,000 customers later this month. Customer feedback from the previous edition
has been very positive and highlighted to us the value of the magazine. Research
following the November 2006 issue showed:
- The average reading time was 15 minutes - higher than the APA
(Association of Publishing Agencies) average for financial services magazines
- 72% of readers agreed that the magazine fills a gap in terms of communications
from Standard Life
- 82% of readers would be happy to receive a similar communication in
future.
Mailed on a six monthly basis, the aim of this practical lifestyle magazine
is to help our customers feel confident in the decisions they are taking about
their future wealth and well-being. Some articles may create interest with customers
and generate opportunities for advisers.
