Tailored access allows your clients to specify who can have full access to the grouppensionzone service and who should have access to the make payments section of the site.
Tailored access offers your group scheme clients the following benefits:
- We can ensure 3rd Party Administrators only have access to the make payments facility – ensuring that members personal details are protected
- Employers can still retain full access to the site and monitor the payments being made and carry out day-to-day administration.
- Employees personal details are kept confidential and can only be seen by authorised employer personnel.
- Employers can choose who has access to the full site and who should have access only to the make payments facility.
Tailored access is available for both new and existing schemes. For new schemes, you and your clients will be asked if tailored access is required at the scheme set up stage.
