With Values for Business plans starting to migrate to business healthcare, the good news is you can start servicing these on Electronic Policy Servicing (EPS) as well as our Company Primecare/Plus plans.

Accessing EPS has not changed, you simply log on to adviserzone and click on ‘Electronic Policy Servicing from Standard Life Healthcare’ under the menu of secure services on the home page. Enter your ID and password and you will be taken to EPS. If you are new to adviserzone, click ‘register for secure services’ and follow the instructions to receive your ID and password. To access a business healthcare policy either:

Search by policy number using the eight digit policy number or
Search by company and select the policy.

Once selected you will be taken to the business healthcare screens.

Once in EPS you will be able to:

View plan, category and membership details
Add and remove members
Add and remove dependants
*NEW* A quick quote facility has recently been added to EPS which allows you to check the additional costs of adding new members to an existing policy. This simple function is based on five criteria and produces an instant quote on screen.
