Standard Life group Intermediary Terms of Business - Notice

With effect from 1 August 2010, Standard Life group no longer has a contractual relationship with intermediaries regarding business that has been transferred as a result of the sale of Standard Life Healthcare Limited to PruHealth, which is a joint venture company between Prudential plc and Discovery Holdings Limited. The references to Standard Life Healthcare Limited in our Intermediary Terms of Business no longer apply from this date.
