Standard Life Bank has won this award for the second year running.

The Moneyfacts Awards recognise the banks, building societies and other financial providers which consistently provide best products over the previous 12 months. Being completely independent, these awards are seen as a real benchmark for product excellence.

11th Annual Webby Awards (2007) - Official Honoree

Standard Life Bank has been recognised for the second year running as an Official Honoree for its Freestyle+ mortgage video website.

The Webby Award is the Internet's most respected symbol of success. Winners are selected for recognition based on excellence in creativity, integration and overall experience.

Gold Standard rating - Mortgage Strategy Awards (2006)

Mortgage Strategy magazine have awarded Standard Life Bank a Gold Standard rating for our specialist website for financial advisers www.standardlifebank.com/adviser.

The criteria for the award included the website's log-on design and overall site design, analytical content, and application submission and processing functionality.

10th Annual Webby Awards (2006) - Official Honoree

Standard Life Bank has been recognised as an Official Honoree for its Freestyle Mortgage website. The IADAS (International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences) Webby Awards recognise excellence in interactive creativity, establish best practice on a yearly basis and in this way push the standards of web development continually higher.

Mortgage Magazine Awards 2006 - Best Flexible Mortgage Lender

For the third year in a row Standard Life Bank has won Best Flexible Mortgage Lender. Mortgage Magazine employs a robust judging process involving a 2 stage approach. Firstly a short list of nominees is gathered by the company's in-house team who work solely on awards. Secondly, the nominations are sent to a panel of IFAs and mortgage brokers who score each nominee individually. Standard Life Bank has recieved the highest average score for the Best Flexible Mortgage Lender category in 2004, 2005 and 2006.

Standard Life Bank has won a '5 Star Service Provider' award in the Lender and Packager category at the Financial Adviser Service Awards 2005. This is the seventh consecutive year that the Bank has won the accolade.

The awards are the results of more than 2,500 votes cast by intermediaries in a group that was hotly contested by more than 40 rival UK lenders.

Standard Life Bank's new mortgages website at www.freestylemortgages.com has been awarded Best Financial Website in the Interactive Marketing and Advertising Awards (IMAAs), presented by New Media Age and Marketing Week.

The Freestyle Mortgages website, which heralds a new way of retailing mortgages online, beat off competition from scores of other contenders including Halifax and Virgin Money, which were also short-listed for the award.

Standard Life Bank has been voted 'Best Flexible Mortgage Lender' at the 2005 'Mortgage Strategy Awards' which received over 3,000 nominations from introducers. These awards are chosen by the publication's in-house panel of experts who score lenders across a range of factors including value for money, interest rates, quality of the range, fees and how easily accessible the product is to customers.
