Letters of Authority

Transfer of Servicing

Information Only Authorities can be accepted by telephone. Ask your client to call us and we will add the Authority against the appropriate plan(s) during their call. You will then be able to receive plan details immediately.

Alternatively you can Fax an Authority to us on 0131 245 3229 for Life Plans & Bonds or 0131 245 3224 for Individual Pension Plans. You should allow a few hours before contacting us for information to ensure the Authority can be viewed when you call.
